French originator pharmaceutical company

We have represented a French originator pharmaceutical company in a multi-jurisdictional patent infringement case in the Nordic region.

We monitored the generic marketing authorisation application procedures in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland and coordinated legal measures in the Nordic region in order to prevent product launch, including preparing and filing for preliminary injunctions and conducting patent infringement actions on the merits.
